Who am I?

I am a British Columbian, who has moved around  in my childhood living in mostly small northern communities with strong relationships with First Nation families.  I am an educator in dental hygiene with a focus on public health practice.  I love to help individuals, families, communities, and populations realize a complete sense of health and well being.  I am studying about teaching and learning, a process to improve myself so that I cam support learners realize their potential.  Core to my existence is my husband and two young sons, and connection to nature and outdoor recreation.
